Tajima TEMX-C918 9-Needle 18-Head Cylinder Embroidery Machine.

This is Tajima's only arm-type embroidery machine. It is based on the arm bed structure for lock stitch sewing machines and is the optimum for embroidery on finished products like T-shirts, caps or pant legs. Frames can be exchanged with ease to meet urgent orders. This series, having superior cost performance, provides you with more comfort to meet the customers needs.

Tajima TEMX-C Thread Breakage DetectionThread Breakage Detection.
A new electronic sensor monitors thread movement at all times. If the upper or lower thread is broken, it is detected in an instant and stops stitching to prevent production from continuing with broken thread. Sensitivity of the sensor is adjustable on the operation panel.

Tajima TEMX-C Take Up SpringThread Take Up Spring.
The thread take-up spring picks up excess thread and stabilizes the balance of upper and lower threads at high speed and improves thread tension. Thread breakage due to extra-fine satin stitches (2mm or less), needle tip or thread untwisting, etc. has been reduced 30% - 50% compared to conventional designs. Productivity has been drastically improved.

Tajima TEMX-C Spiral TubesTajima TEMX-C Take Up GuardSpiral Tube, Take Up Lever Guard.
Spiral tubes between the upper thread course stand and individual tension base protect the upper threads from environmental wind, a breeze caused by an air conditioner, etc. that would cause thread tangling.
In addition, specially developed covers are mounted over the take-up levers to prevent threads from being tangled during high speed operation and to improve safety in the work area.

Tajima TEMX-C Ball Screw DriveBall Screw Drive System.
The ball screw drive system, widely used for high precision position control of industrial machiner, has been introduced to the color change drive system. The time required for the color change from the first to the ninth needs has been reduced from about 3 to 1.1 seconds, drastically improving productivity of multicolor embroidery.

Condition Memory.
Stitch conditions can be memorized together with embroidery data. The saved stitch conditions are applicable to job repeat. or other machines.

Scale Up / Down, Rotate.
You can scale your designs down to 50% or up to 200% in increments of 1%, and rotate in 1-degree increments.

Automatic Repeat.
A design can be automatically repeated up to 99 times both vertically and horizontally.

Design Editing.
Modify, insert or delete your embroidery design data stitch by stitch.

Satin Stitch Reduction and Expansion.
Increase or decrease actual stitch length according to the stitch length in a design.

Trace Function.
Check whether a design will fit in a frame before you sew.

Cleanup function.
A very helpful function to automatically remove small stitches to prevent thread breakage effectively.

Frame Back / Forward.
Frame Back / Forward is available in units of stitches, color change or designated stitch count.

Origin Return.
The frame can be either manually or automatically returned to the design starting point (while the machine is stopped), even if the end point is different from the starting point.

Productivity.
Production efficiency has been improved by decreasing downtime caused by color changes, thread trimming, etc.

Automatic Offset / Manual Offset.
